Introduction to the artist
Rt Hon Hilary Benn MP is a British Labour Party politician who has been a Member of Parliament for Leeds Central since 1999. He served in the Cabinet as the Secretary of State for International Development from 2003 to 2007 and as the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Hilary is the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.

I was the highest bidder when bidding closed on 27th June but Nikki accepted a higher bid on 28th and expected me to bid again as late as lunch time TODAY 29th!!! This may be a charity but rules are rules. I sent an email pointing this out last night but was totally ignored. I await instructions on how to pay for my clock. NOT HAPPY
